Virtuelle Entwicklung des neuen 1,8-l-Vierzylinder-Ottomotors von GM Powertrain Europe

Zusammenfassung

Der neue 1,8-l-Ottomotor im Opel Zafira, der seit Sommer dieses Jahres angeboten wird, weist gegenüber dem Vorgänger gleichen Hubraums mit 103 kW und 175 Nm eine Leistungssteigerung um 14 % und eine Anhebung des Drehmoments um bis zu 6 % auf. Der MVEG-Zyklusverbrauch reduzierte sich gleichzeitig um 4 %. Mit Hilfe eines virtuellen Gesamtansatzes erfolgte eine frühzeitige Konzeptfestlegung und -optimierung.
