Die neuen Duratorq-Dieselmotoren mit Direkteinspritzung im Ford Transit

Zusammenfassung

Mit der Einführung des neuen Ford Transit zu Beginn des Jahres 2000 führt Ford ebenfalls eine komplett neu entwickelte Familie von Dieselmotoren, die Duratorq-Motoren, in die Serie ein. Die neuen Motoren ersetzen die bekannten 2,5-l-Motoren des Ford Transit. Sie sind in zwei Hubraumvarianten von 2,0 l und 2,4 l erhältlich und decken einen weiten Drehmoment- und Nennleistungsbereich ab.

Der Beitrag beschreibt konstruktive Details der Motoren und geht auf wesentliche Aspekte der Entwicklung ein.
