Abstract

Vehicle manufacturers and their suppliers use a range of different systems for the electrostatic application of waterborne paints, many of which are over-complex and therefore too costly or do not offer the necessary flexibility. There is growing demand for improved performance and availability, together with increased flexibility and lower costs. A new high-speed rotary atomiser has been designed to meet all these requirements.
