Zusammenfassung

Die Behr GmbH & Co. KG hat in den letzten Jahren ihre Kernkompetenzen in der Thermodynamik von Kühl- und Klimasystemen systematisch in Richtung Strukturauslegung erweitert. Das Ziel war, den Automobilherstellern Cockpit-Submodule anzubieten, die durch Funktionsintegration mehrere Komponenten zusammenfassen und dadurch Bauraum, Gewicht und Kosten sparen. Zentrale Elemente eines Cockpit-Submoduls sind die Klimaanlage und ein neu entwickelter Hybrid-Querträger, der neben Strukturaufgaben auch die Luftführung übernimmt und Teile der Klimaanlage integriert.
