Zusammenfassung
Der heutige Integrations- und Testaufwand für die Einbindung mobiler elektronischer Geräte ins Fahrzeug geht auf mangelnde Berücksichtigung automobilspezifischer Anforderungen bei der Geräteentwicklung zurück. Um die Standardisierung der Schnittstellen zur Consumer Electronic (CE) voranzutreiben, haben sich fünf Auto mobilhersteller in der VDA-Arbeitsgruppe Consumer Electronics for Automotive (CE4A) zusammengetan. Mit Erfolg: Welche Hürden die CE4A-Partner bereits bewältigt haben und wie sie weitere in Angriff nehmen, beschreiben Audi, BMW, Daimler und VW.
