Der Einsatz so genannter Sensorschrauben verspricht eine erhebliche Erweiterung der Anwendungsmöglichkeiten von Leichtbaumaterialien. Diese mit einem speziellen Ultraschall-Sensor beschichteten Standardschrauben gewährleisten eine hochpräzise Messung der Vorspannkraft und eignen sich sowohl für die manuelle Serienmontage als auch für die automatische Schraubenmontage. Weitere Vorteile dieser Verbindungselemente lassen sich anhand der Montage drucksensitiver CFK-Bauteile beschreiben.

Abstract

Sensor bolts that allow a considerable increase in the application possibilities of lightweight materials are now available. These standard screws, which are coated with a special ultrasonic transducer guarantee highly precise measurement of the clamp load of bolted joints and are suitable for both manual series assembly and automatic bolt assembly. This report describes the advantages of these connecting elements using the example of the assembly of pressure-sensitive CRP components.
