Zusammenfassung

Die Verknappung des Rohstoffs Mineralöl wird die Treibstoffkosten auch in Zukunft auf einem hohen Niveau halten. Vor diesem Hintergrund arbeiten die Entwicklungsingenieure aller Automobilhersteller an verbrauchssenkenden Maßnahmen. Ein klassischer — und gleichzeitig verhältnismäßig kostengünstiger — Ansatz ist die konsequente Reduktion des Luftwiderstands.
