Summary

Trithiozine capsules (1 g) were taken orally by four normal volunteers. Within the first hour after ingestion detectable levels appeared in the plasma; peaks were reached between 2 and 4 hours (7 ug/ml), and 48 hours after administration the levels were still measurable (0.6 ug/ml). Total urinary escretion of trithiozine was between 0.34–0.73% of the administered dose.
