Melvin Kranzberg is Callaway Professor of the History of Technology at the Georgia Institute of Technology and president of Sigma Xi (the scientific research society composed of laboratory scientists). Formerly he taught at Case Institute of Technology, Harvard University, the Stevens Institute of Technology, and Amherst College.
