Some freshwater oligochaeta from Kashmir, India

Abstract

Eight species of freshwater oligochaetes,Aeolosoma hemprichi EhrenbergNais communis Piguet,Nais variabilis Piguet,Stylaria fossularis Leidy,Aulophorus furcatus (Muller),Pristina longiseta longiseta Ehrenberg,Tubifex tubifex Muller, andLimnodrilus hoffmeisteri Claparede are new to Kashmir, India.
