The rule of six predicts which venous ulcers will heal in graduated compression

Conclusion

The rule of six is advocated as a scoring system for predicting healing of venous ulcers on the basis that it carries superior statistical predictive power. It is based on clinical indices that do not require complex classification and it is simple and easy to remember.
