EDV-unterstätzter Operationsbericht

Zusammenfassung

Mit Hilfe eines Macintosh Computers wurde in der Datenbank „FileMaker Pro“ die Möglichkeit geschaffen, den Operationsbericht automatisch zu erstellen. Der Operateur wählt dabei die auf dem Bildschirm angebotenen Kombinationsmöglichkeiten entsprechend dem Operationsverlauf durch Anwählen mit der Maus aus.

Der Macintosh generiert den in Sätzen formulierten Operationsbericht. Der Zeitablauf ist so schnell, daß der Patient bereits mit dem fertigen Operationsbericht den Operationssaal verläßt.

Summary

A database was created in the program “File-Maker Pro” on a Macintosh Computer, that allows an easy writing of operating report.

The surgeon clicks on socalled “buttons” corresponding to the operation and the Macintosh generates the operating report in full sentences.

Generating and printing out of the operating report is so quickly performed, that the patient leaves the operating room with the report.
