Summary
A 55-year-old patient with known scleroderma “en coup de sabre” presented with a spontaneous covered scleraperforation. The persisting bulbus hypotony and prominent choroidal folds made a lamellar keratoplasty necessary. Findings and course within the four year follow up period are discussed.
