Zusammenfassung

Die Ausgangslage der Versorgunssicherheit in der EU wird kurz dargestellt, ebenso werden die Ver|sorgungssicherheitsstruktur und die Komponenten beschrieben. Spezifische regulatorische Ansätze zu jeder Versorgungssicherheitskomponente werden präsentiert, gefolgt vom ersten Entwurf der regulatorischen Richtlinien für die Versorgungssicherheit. Abschließend ist die Umsetzung der regulatorischen Ansätze für Versorgungssicherheit in Österreich dargestellt.

Abstract

The initial situation of the security of supply in the EU is presented briefly followed by structuring of the security of supply area. For each component of the security of supply, the appropriate regulatory methods and tools are described, followed by the first draft of the CEER Guidelines for Security of Supply. The regulatory aspects of security of supply in Austria are discussed briefly. Finally the conclusions and a list of ongoing regulatory activities are given.
