Abstract
The information interchange plays the key role in modern production processes. The only way to get the right information to the right place at the right time is using Computer Integrated Manufacturing. CIM is an area of high technology that enables the inter-enterprise communication and effective cooperation in all phases of product development. A production system has to be developed step by step with moderate investment carefully planned in time. Such an approach requires permanent analysis of current state of the production system. This analysis should take into consideration the influence of different factors on production environment, like: competition, elements of economy (bying power, rate of interest), governmental orders, natural resources and technology.
Zusammenfassung
Der Austausch von Informationen spielt eine wesentliche Rolle im Produktionsablauf. Als einziger Weg, um richtige Informationen am richtigen Ort zum richtigen Zeitpunkt zu erhalten, kann Computer Integrated Manufacturing angesehen werden. CIM zählt zum Gebiet der Hochtechnologie, und es kann dadurch die innerbetriebliche Kommunikation und effiziente Zusammenarbeit in allen Phasen der Produktentwicklung realisiert werden. Ein Produktionssystem muß Schritt für Schritt entwickelt werden, wobei entsprechende Investitionen im voraus sorgfältig geplant werden müssen. Ein solcher Weg erfordert die ständige Analyse des jeweiligen Zustands des Produktionssystems. Diese Analyse hat den Einfluß der verschiedenen Faktoren der Produktionsumgebung zu beachten, z. B. Wettbewerbsfähigkeit, wirtschaftliche Einflüsse (Kaufkraft, Zinssätze), gesetzliche Bestimmungen, Rohstoffe und Technologie.
