Zusammenfassung
Es ist nich das „Mehr an Ideen”, das Top-Innovatoren von den weniger erfolgreichen Unternehmen unterscheidet, sondern das „Mehr an Innovationsmanagement”, mit dem neue Ideen systematisch in neue Technologien, Verfahren sowie Produkte transferiert und unter zeitlichem Hochdruck durch die interne Pipeline geschleust werden. Als ein entscheidender Wettbewerbsfaktor tritt damit neben die technologische Kernkompetenz die Kernkompetenz des Managements von Innovationen, d. h. die Fähigkeit zur Gestaltung und Steuerung effektiver und effizienter Innovationsprozesse.
Abstract
It’s not the increased number of ideas generated — world-leading innovators are excelling the focused transformation of ideas into new technologies, methods and as a result — successful products. The ability to manage the innovation process in terms of time, efficiency, risk and outcome is now as important as the technological competence of companies.
