Abstract
Soft computing methods have evolved from an interesting subject of science to technologies that are used in industrial practice. Appropriate tools are needed to scope with the corresponding requirements. ECANSE provides this support and furthermore can be a platform for ever C++-application due to its generic framework basis. This paper gives an overview of the experience developing soft computing technology applications with ECANSE. Some of these applications — however, mainly from the energy- and information domain — are described briefly.
