Abstract
The radiation loss due to the annihilation of electron-positron pair into two γ-quanta in neutron stars is calculated. The dependence of radiation loss on the magnetic field, density, temperature, and chemical potentials is explicitly shown for relativistic and non-relativistic cases. The reaction cross section is also calculated.
