Samenvatting

De voorzieningenrechter van het College van Beroep voor het bedrijfsleven (CBB) heeft het verzoek afgewezen van de Koninklijke Nederlandse Maatschappij ter bevordering der Pharmacie (KNMP) om in te grijpen in de hoogte van het apothekerstarief 2009. De KNMP had een rechtszaak aangespannen tegen de tariefbeschikking door de Nederlandse Zorgautoriteit (NZa).
