Samenvatting

Op 1 april start het Centrum indicatiestelling zorg (CIZ) met de uitvoering van de herindicaties voor Ondersteunende en Activerende Begeleiding voor cliënten in de thuiszorg. Het CIZ voert dit project uit in opdracht van het ministerie van VWS.
