Samenvatting

ABN Amro en Fortis Bank zijn toch niet verplicht om de bouw van het Maaslandziekenhuis van Orbis Medisch en Zorgconcern verder te financieren. Met deze verklaring kwam Orbis terug op haar bewering dat de banken financiële afspraken hadden geschonden. Hiermee is het conflict rond het nieuwe ziekenhuis in Sittard-Geleen opgelost.
