Ouderen en gehandicapten met een indicatie voor opname in een tehuis kunnen vanaf volgend jaar ook kiezen voor hulp door de thuiszorg. Dat zei staatssecretaris Jet Bussemaker tijdens een overleg met de Tweede Kamer over een nieuw financieringsstelsel voor de zorg.
