De Voorzieningenrechter van de Rechtbank Utrecht wees op 31 maart 2008, onder nummer 246239 / KG ZA 08-303, vonnis in een geschil tussen een thuiszorginstelling en een zorgkantoor over de vraag of het zorgkantoor aanvullende financiële beschikbaar had moeten stellen om de overproductie van de instelling te bekostigen.
