De Sector bestuursrecht van de Rechtbank ’s-Gravenhage wees op 21 februari 2008, onder de nummers AWB 06/4958 AWBZ, AWB 06/4961 AWBZ en AWB 07/2219 AWBZ, vonnis in een geschil met zorgkantoor over de hoogte van een persoonsgebonden budget (PGB) voor de functie verblijf voor de periode na 1 december 2005.
