De sector bestuursrecht van de Rechtbank Rotterdam wees op 14 november 2007, onder nummer AWB 07/400-RAP, vonnis in een geschil tussen een AWBZ-verzekerde (Algemene wet bijzondere ziektekosten) en het indicatieorgaan over de toegekende klassen voor ondersteunende begeleiding en persoonlijke verzorging.
