Samenvatting

Na uitgebreid onderzoek in de vergunningfase heeft de Nederlandse Mededingingsautoriteit (NMa) goedkeuring verleend aan de fusie tussen Stichting AMC de Meren en Stichting JellinekMentrum. Dit zijn zorginstellingen die geestelijke gezondheidszorg aanbieden in Amsterdam en Diemen. Ook na de fusie blijft er voldoende concurrentie over en behouden zowel patiënten als zorginkopers de mogelijkheid om andere ggz-aanbieders (geestelijke gezondheidszorg) te kiezen.
