Samenvatting

Het zorgaanbod moet niet langer centraal worden gestuurd door verzekeraars en overheid. De Sociaal-Economische Raad (SER) heeft zich hierover in hoofdlijnen uitgesproken. De Algemene wet bijzondere ziektekosten (AWBZ) wordt vraaggestuurd. Cliënten bepalen zelf van wie ze zorg ontvangen en op welke manier.
