Het College van Beroep voor het Bedrijfsleven (CBB) deed op 8 november 2007, onder nummer AWB 06/923 13725, uitspraak in een geschil tussen een verpleeghuis met twee tot dezelfde stichting behorende verzorgingshuizen enerzijds en de Nederlandse Zorgautoriteit (NZa) anderzijds, betreffende de nacalculaties 2004.
