Het ministerie van VWS heeft de aanbeveling van het College van zorgverzekeringen (CVZ) overgenomen om de verpleging in verband met thuisbeademing en palliatieve terminale zorg uit te sluiten van vergoeding op grond van de Zvw en ten laste te laten komen van de AWBZ.
