Het Gerechtshof Arnhem wees op 26 juni 2007, onder nummer 2006/275 een arrest in een geschil tussen een aantal gewezen werknemers en de ex-werkgever, over een wijziging van de aan de werknemers toegekende vergoedingsregeling voor ziektekosten.
