Samenvatting

Het College van Beroep voor het Bedrijfsleven deed op 12 juli 2007, onder nummer AWB 05/843 13755, uitspraak in een geschil tussen een huisartsendienstenstructuur (HDS) en de NZa (Nederlandse Zorgautoriteit) over het door de NZa vastgestelde tarief van die HDS, waarbij geen extra modules werden toegekend.
