De Centrale Raad van Beroep deed op 27 juni 2007 uitspraak in een geschil tussen het CIZ (Centrum voor indicatiestelling zorg) en een verzekerde over de weigering een AWBZ-indicatie (Algemene wet bijzondere ziektekosten) te verlenen voor een behandeling door het Regionaal Instituut voor Dyslexie (RID).
