Het College voor zorgverzekeringen adviseerde op 23 juli 2007, onder nummer 27027772, in een geschil over de ingangdatum van een indicatie. Verzekerde verzocht de indicatie met terugwerkende kracht in te laten gaan, zodat de hele ziekteperiode was afgedekt.
