Er moet een einde komen aan de praktijk dat zorgaanbieders een deel van de indicatiestelling zelf doen. Dat leidt tot een explosieve stijging van ondersteunende begeleiding, waardoor de financiering van de Algemene wet bijzondere ziektekosten (AWBZ) totaal is vastgelopen.
