Samenvatting

De Consumentenbond heeft minister Klink gevraagd door middel van regelgeving de mogelijkheden van het gebruik van de ‘en-bloc clausule’ bij de zorgverzekeringen in te perken. De maatregel zou zowel moeten gelden voor de basisverzekering als bij de aanvullende verzekeringen.
