Samenvatting

Het College van Beroep voor het Bedrijfsleven deed op 20 april 2007, onder nummer Awb 06/92 uitspraak in een geschil tussen een epilepsiecentrum en de Nederlandse Zorgautoriteit (NZa), wiens rechtsvoorganger het College tarieven gezondheidszorg/Zorgautoriteit in oprichting (CTG/ZAio) het budget van de instelling had vastgesteld.
