Samenvatting
Op 11 juni 2007 heeft de Nederlandse Zorgautoriteit (NZa) de beleidsregel Aanmerkelijke Marktmacht in de Zorg uitgebracht. Die beleidsregel is het vervolg op het Consultatiedocument Aanmerkelijke Marktmacht dat de NZa eerder aan het veld ter commentaar had voorgelegd.
