Staatssecretaris Bussemaker van VWS maakt zich zorgen over de grote verschuiving van zwaardere naar lichtere huishoudelijke hulp sinds de invoering van de Wet maatschappelijke ondersteuning (Wmo) op 1 januari. Dreigende ontslagen in de thuiszorg en slechtere arbeidscontracten noemt ze ongewenst.
