Samenvatting
De Nederlandse Mededingingsautoriteit (NMa) verwacht toenemende concurrentie tussen apothekers. Brancheorganisatie KNMP en haar leden hebben na tussenkomst van de NMa een complianceprogramma opgesteld. De NMa hoopt dat de maatregelen bijdragen aan de voorkoming van concurrentiebeperkingen zoals collectief onderhandelen en vestigingsbeleid dat nieuwe toetreders van de markt weert.
