De huidige marktstructuur in de extramurale AWBZ-zorg leidt onvoldoende tot verbeteringen ten aanzien van de belangen van de consument. Dit concludeert de Nederlandse Zorgautoriteit in oprichting (nu nog CTG/ZAio) in de monitor extramurale AWBZ-zorg.
