Samenvatting
De Nederlandse Zorgautoriteit in oprichting (NZa i.o.) gaat de marktstructuur in de thuiszorg onderzoeken. Aanleiding is het toenemend aantal signalen over marktfalen in die sector. De meest verontrustende signalen hebben betrekking op machtsconcentraties, ondoorzichtige constructies en het zogeheten ‘doorcontracteren’.
