Samenvatting

Op 1 januari 2007 treedt de Wet maatschappelijke ondersteuning (Wmo) in werking. Dat heeft de Eerste Kamer beslist tijdens de vergadering op 27 juni 2006. De senaat nam het wetsvoorstel zonder wijzigingen aan. De Tweede Kamer ging al eerder akkoord met het wetsvoorstel Wmo.
