Op 6 juni 2005 hebben het College tarieven gezondheidszorg/Zorgautoriteit in oprichting (CTG/ZAio), het College toezicht zorgverzekeringen (CTZ) en de Nederlandse Mededingingsautoriteit (NMa) de onderlinge samenwerking en taakverdeling vastgelegd in een samenwerkingsprotocol.

  1. Naast het monitoren van de marktontwikkelingen, voert CTG/ZAio ook monitoractiviteiten uit over volume- en kostenontwikkelingen in de zorgsectoren waar het prijstoezicht nog onveranderd is. CTZ is actief op de zorgverzekeringsmarkt.
