Samenvatting

Met ingang van 1 januari 2006 gaat de Nederlandse Zorgautoriteit (NZa) de toegankelijkheid en betaalbaarheid van de zorg bewaken. Dit staat in het wetsvoorstel Wet marktordening gezondheidszorg dat op 18 juli 2005 bij de Tweede Kamer is ingediend.
