Knieklachten ten gevolge van een Brodie’s abces in de proximale tibia bij een 15-jarige patiënte

Samenvatting

Een 15-jarig meisje met een blanco voorgeschiedenis meldt zich op de spoedeisende hulp met een pijnlijke knie rechts na een onduidelijk trauma. Anamnestisch heeft zij reeds zo’n twee jaar wisselend knieklachten rechts, net onder de patella. De patella was drukpijnlijk en er was kloppijn op het tuberositas tibiae.
