Doelgroep: Jeugd, van 0-19 jaar en hun ouders, met bijzondere aandacht voor mensen met een lage sociaaleconomische status in twee wijken: de wijk Holtenbroek heeft 9.200 inwoners (1.840 tussen 0-18 jr), de wijk Diezerpoort heeft 9.400 inwoners (1.260 tussen 0-18 jaar).
