Samenvatting

De doelgroep bestond uit de 31 Friese gemeenten, samen 660.000 inwoners

Aan de uitvoering van het programma werd gewerkt door: projectleider 0,3 fte; projectmedewerker 0,1 fte; overige uit ‘staand’ beleid.

De betrokken organisaties waren: 3 a 5 koplopergemeenten, GGD Fryslân en NIGZ.
