Voorkennis over de supervisant: last of gemak?

Samenvatting

Tweemaal per jaar starten er bij de hogeschool nieuwe rondes opleidingssupervisie. In februari is het weer zover: ik mag als ‘buitensupervisor’ met twee groepjes van elk drie supervisanten gaan draaien. Een week voor aanvang schiet een docent van de opleiding mij aan: ‘Heb jij Hans Vervoort in je supervisiegroepje?’ Ik antwoord dat ik mij die naam wel herinner.
