Samenvatting

Het imago van de sector welzijn en zorg is niet geweldig. De media spuien forse kritiek. In het bijzonder de jeugdzorg moet het ontgelden, vanwege gebrek aan samenwerking en wachtlijsten. Zo schreef de Volkskrant onlangs op basis van een ‘bemoeizuchtig’ advies van de Sociaaleconomische raad (SER) dat jeugdzorginstellingen ‘vooral langs elkaar heen werken’(26 oktober 2009).
