Samenvatting

Josien Willemsen (51) is de drijvende kracht achter De vrije teugel te Boerakker, in de provincie Groningen. Haar praktijk richt zich op hulpverlening aan cliënten met levensvragen als: hoe maak ik contact met anderen, hoe ga ik om met afstand en nabijheid, hoe kan ik een goede balans vinden in mijn werk en hoe sta ik in relaties, bijvoorbeeld in relatie tot mijn kind? Josien geeft haar psychosociale hulpverlening met behulp van paarden. Daarnaast werkt ze als methodiekdocent, coördinator en supervisor bij de Noordelijke Hogeschool Leeuwarden, Instituut Zorg en Welzijn.
